1. Introduction Welcome to Golden Plume Consulting (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and any associated agreements. By engaging with Golden Plume Consulting, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

4. Client Responsibilities Clients agree to provide all necessary information, access, and resources required to perform the services outlined in the agreement. Timely communication and cooperation are essential for the successful completion of services.
5. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. Confidentiality obligations will survive the termination of the agreement.
6. Intellectual Property Golden Plume Consulting retains ownership of any materials, methodologies, or tools created during the engagement unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their internal purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability Golden Plume Consulting’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the engagement.
8. Termination Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice in accordance with the terms specified in the agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees for services rendered will become immediately due.
9. Governing Law These Terms and any associated agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nebraska.
10. Amendments Golden Plume Consulting reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and will take effect upon publication.
11. Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing other legal remedies.
12. Entire Agreement These Terms, together with any signed agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

- Business process improvement utilizing agile methodologies
- Leadership coaching
- Strategic planning and road mapping
- Digital marketing and social media management
- SMS and email marketing
3. Engagement and Fees
- All services provided are subject to a signed agreement outlining the scope of work, fees, payment schedule, and any additional terms specific to the engagement.
- Fees are due as outlined in the agreement. Late payments may incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance or the maximum permitted by law.
